This is a special family looking for a special tutor to match their son's energy and potential.
Location: Howard Beach, NY (in person) Frequency: 1-2 times per week Start date: ASAP Responsibilities Support the development of reading skills, vocabulary, and written expression Continue to challenge and advance his strengths in math and science Prepare him over time for the SHSAT, with the goal of admission to Bronx High School of Science or Stuyvesant High School Incorporate hands-on projects, especially robotics, to make learning engaging Build his confidence, particularly in the areas where he feels less sure of himself (reading and writing)
