About the role
- Answering high volume of incoming calls
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned municipal, government, and corporate customers
- Process customer orders and provide timely updates regarding order and delivery status
- Coordinate product transportation and delivery scheduling based on customer needs
- Build positive working relationships with customers and provide proactive, solutions-oriented service
- Enter, maintain, and update order and customer information within internal systems
- Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, correspondence, and related documentation
- Assist with invoicing and billing information as needed
- Partner with transportation, operations, sales, and other internal departments to keep orders moving efficiently
- Respond professionally to customer questions, changes, and time-sensitive requests
- Help resolve order or delivery issues while keeping customers informed throughout the process Qualifications:2–3 years of professional customer service, client services, order management, or related office experience
- Experience supporting business-to-business, corporate, or professional customers strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, customer-focused approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and OutlookSAP experience is strongly preferred and will be highly valued
- Ability to manage multiple orders, requests, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
- Previous consumer products or B2B customer service experience is a plus Additional Details:
