About the role

Support the corporate Safety team by administering and coordinating the workers’ compensation program across nationwide distribution centers. This is a 5 days onsite role in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago near Lockport
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support for workers’ compensation programs and claims. Ensure timely claim reporting and accurate documentation by local teams. Support claim monitoring, stakeholder communication, and coordination with insurance carriers and TPAs. Develop and distribute workers’ compensation reports and program metrics. Assist with return-to-work and light-duty programs. Identify process improvements and support regulatory compliance.
Qualifications: 5 years of experience in workers’ compensation, safety, HR, risk management, or a related function. Knowledge of workers’ compensation claims processes, incident reporting, and return-to-work programs. Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, or claims partners. Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and safety-related claims management. Background in distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environments.
