Job Description:

Own VEEAM backup processes for the Infrastructure Storage Team USIN1, including scheduling, retention policies, monitoring, and recovery testing.
Experience with Windows Server OS and hosting capabilities
Administer Window Server backups: configuration, job monitoring, issue troubleshooting, and patch/updates coordination.
Provide Local Lab support: set up and maintain lab environments, imaging, and hardware/software testing.
Serve as Tier 2 IT support: handle incidents, troubleshooting, documentation of resolutions, and escalation to Tier 3 as needed.
Candidate should have experience with bridging with I.T. systems that can "touch" the lab. (I.T. experience in the Life Science industry).
