About the role

CRB is seeking a Regional Lead Estimator to drive conceptual and schematic cost estimates for pre‑construction across CRB’s core markets. The role partners with multidisciplinary teams, mentors junior estimators, and oversees regional estimating standards and tools to support successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have: 10–15 years of multi‑discipline estimating experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with WinEst or Sage Estimating.
