About the role
Stick Boy Bakehouse Overnight BakerThis listing is an entry level position with Stick Boy, however given time and experience, we seek to provide opportunities for growth within the business. Commitment: This position is FULL-TIME with the expectation to work 36-40 hours/week with availability between Sunday and Friday 6pm-3am.
Position Description:
Responsibilities of the overnight baker include croissants, contributing to bread production, and cleaning the Bakehouse space and equipment.
Efficiency and attention to detail are very important in this fast-paced environment.

Large scale bread production is carried out in phases as a team daily production planning, mixing ingredients, shaping dough, baking, and cleaning up. All members of the team receive training to complete the phases they're responsible for carrying out.
Can be a physically demanding job which involves operating heavy production equipment, sharp knives, and lifting 50lbs.
Applicants need to show competency and an eye for detail to follow recipes and carefully craft products en masse to meet company standards.
Requires a good attitude and strong work ethic.
Food production experience desired but not required.
