About the role
Technical Specialist Industrial Production We are looking for a dedicated technical specialist for our location in Birr. In this role, you will work in a modern industrial environment and make an important contribution to the production, processing, testing, assembly, and maintenance of components for the energy supply of tomorrow. Depending on your qualifications and experience, you will take on a variety of tasks along the entire production and maintenance process.
Your tasks:
Operation, setup, and monitoring of production and manufacturing equipment Performing assembly, machining, and maintenance work on mechanical components and assemblies Conducting quality checks, measurements, and technical inspections Documenting work, production, and quality data Supporting maintenance, repair, and optimization work Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards Supporting material, logistics, and production processes Participating in continuous improvement processes Close cooperation with production, quality, planning, logistics, and maintenance
What you bring:
Completed technical education or equivalent professional experience Experience in an industrial environment is advantageous Technical understanding and interest in production and manufacturing processes Experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, quality testing, logistics, or maintenance is advantageous Quality and safety awareness Independent, reliable, and structured working style Team skills and commitment Willingness to work in shifts (depending on the area of activity)Good German language skills
