Customer Relations Assistant Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for customer service and organizational efficiency? Join the dynamic team as a Customer Relations Assistant. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination between key departments to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries to ensure consistent and reliable service to customers in the Beverage Division. Process customer orders, ensuring they are executed in line with established sales procedures for accurate fulfillment. Facilitate effective communication between Sales, Production Planning, Invoicing, Logistics, and other teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs efficiently. Maintain accurate records by entering and updating production orders, call-offs, and shipments in the ERP system. Manage customer correspondence concerning production, inventory, deliveries, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor returnable packaging turnover and prepare reports to support inventory management and sustainability initiatives. Assist in the preparation and correction of sales invoices to ensure accurate billing for products and packaging. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and tax reports to guarantee compliance and transparency.
Qualifications and Skills: Secondary education or Bachelor's Degree required. Clear and professional communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP S4H Rise, and Integrated Business Planning is preferred.
