About the Opportunity: Team of 11 Surgeons, 7 Physician Assistants, 1 Physical Therapist, 1 Occupational Therapist. Dedicated block time in the operating room. Perform orthopedic surgical procedures within your subspecialty and scope of training. Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient consultations. Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds. Develop individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options. Counsel patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, surgical expectations, and recovery timelines. Collaborate with physical therapists, physician assistants, nurses, radiologists, and primary care providers to coordinate patient care. Participate in On-Call Coverage as assigned for orthopedic emergencies and trauma cases. Maintain accurate medical records and timely documentation in Epic to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best-practice development.
