About the role
Driving new sponsorship revenue, the full-time Sponsorship Sales Lead will manage the complete sponsor journey from prospecting and pitching to campaign delivery and account growth in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective sponsors, focusing on DTC, e-commerce, SaaS, and technology brands
Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction throughout the partnership
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver contracted sponsorship elements on time and to specifications
Required qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sponsorship sales or strategic partnerships with a strong record of closing new business
Experience selling campaigns valued at approximately $50K+, with aspirations toward $100K+
Confidence in presenting proposals to senior marketing leaders and executives
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Experience coordinating campaigns across internal teams
