Enterprise Strategy & Executive EngagementHome Office Partnership: Serve as the practice management consultant to align Zocks with firm-level initiatives (e.g., organic growth, retention) across home office, branch, or regional leadership structuresSuccess Roadmapping: Design multi-phase rollout strategies for large organizations. Identify which advisor or producer segments to target first, and define what "success" looks like at the organizational levelFeedback Loop: Act as the voice of the enterprise client to our Product team, surfacing critical feature needs2. Program Design & Scalable Content"One-to-Many" Enablement: Collaborate with enterprise leadership to design scalable programs for their advisors or producers, including best practice content and webinarsContent Architecture: Own the creation of high-level thought leadership and practice management assets, including "Best Practice" playbooksCurriculum Development: Define learning paths and maturity models for different user personas3.
