Job Description: Job Description Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and other hardware. Perform racking, stacking, cabling, and labeling of equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, network, power, and connectivity issues. Replace faulty parts such as hard drives, memory, power supplies, cables, and network components. Monitor equipment and respond to alarms, alerts, and hardware failures. Perform break/fix work and make sure issues are resolved quickly. Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and security requirements while working inside the data center. Use ticketing systems to document work, update incidents, and track issues. Work with network, systems, facilities, and engineering teams when issues need escalation. Perform equipment moves, adds, changes, and decommissions. Maintain accurate inventory and asset records. Work in a hands-on environment, often requiring standing, walking, lifting equipment, and working in server rooms.
