About the role

Hiring: Director of Clinical Operations | South FloridaI'm partnering with a growing multi-site clinical research network in South Florida on a search for a Director of Clinical Operations. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the President/CEO, with real influence on how the network scales.
The role:
  • Lead day-to-day operational performance across multiple research sites
  • Coach and support Site Managers and clinical research teams
  • Drive enrollment, screening, visit completion, and retention results
  • Standardize workflows and build scalable processes as the network grows
  • Prepare sites for sponsor visits, audits, and inspections
  • Partner with the Medical Director and executive team
  • Help launch new locations and expand into new therapeutic areas and markets
  • What my client is looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field 8+ years of clinical research experience, preferably in site operations 3-5 years of leadership experience in clinical research or healthcare operations
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and site operations
  • Multi-site, CNS or behavioral health, or SMO experience is a plus
Travel: Regular travel between South Florida locations and other national sites, plus occasional travel for sponsor meetings and conferences.
