About the role

Description Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties for all departments. Maintains positive contact with clients, attorneys, and staff and observes confidentiality of client matters. The duties include, but are not limited to, operating a computer, fax machine and telephone. In addition, assists in file destruction projects, work with various teams on document projects, back up reception as needed, ensure mail is delivered to post box, assist legal assistants on trial preparation documents, Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and supply stock of conference rooms, copy/supply rooms, kitchen/break areas, and offices. Requirements Position requires client service focus, ensuring proficient communication, teamwork, organization, flexibility and technical capacity to utilize various office computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite. The position includes physical activity, involving lifting boxes and files, reaching and bending. Some standing and walking related to use of copy/supply and conference rooms, attending to work in attorney or supervisors' offices, and performing errands and mail runs. A valid driver's license is required. This is a Monday - Friday in office position.
