ResourceMFG is now hiring machine operators for a large company in Hudson!

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Shifts Available: All Shifts available! Now Hiring: Machine/Blow Mold Operators

Responsibilities: Operate blow molding machinery safely and efficiently. Monitor machine performance and production output. Inspect finished products for quality and defects. Perform trimming, labeling, packaging, and assembly of products as needed. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance when necessary.

Requirements: Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred. Blow molding or plastics manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to work any of the available shifts. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in plastics, extrusion, injection molding, or blow molding environments. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
