About the role
Job Responsibilities:
Set and maintain HR policies across multiple offices while keeping everything compliant and consistent
Advise leadership on employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and hiring for non-attorney roles
Manage performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee development processes
Lead benefits administration and HR budgeting
Handle employee exits including documentation and exit interviews
Ensure HR systems, processes, and reporting run smoothly across the firm
Travel between offices as needed
QualificationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of senior HR experience; ideally in a law firm or professional services setting
Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and leadership advisory work
Experience managing recruiting, performance management, and compensation processes
Familiar with HRIS, payroll, performance, and recruiting systems
HR certifications preferred but not required
