About the role
Humana CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks an Associate Operations Director to develop staffing plans and lead policy implementation for the facility. You will report to the Market President and collaborate with the Clinic Manager and dyad partner to resolve complex operational issues.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or related field, or 10+ years of leadership experience with at least 2 years in base setting; 4+ years of management and P&L experience are expected.
