About the role
Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Revenue Operations Architect will design, build, and manage systems in Salesforce and Gong to enhance revenue operations, focusing on creating accurate forecasts, deal structures, and GTM execution processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement a high-accuracy forecasting system using Gong and Salesforce
Own cross-functional GTM projects, ensuring clear definitions of success and accountability
Develop and maintain a live executive dashboard for real-time performance metrics
Required qualifications
6+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy within high-growth B2B SaaS/AI environments
Proven experience building forecasts, dashboards, and GTM automations
Deep knowledge of Salesforce and Gong, with strong analytical skills
Experience with AI tooling as an integral part of system architecture
A track record of successfully influencing change within a sales organization
