Lead II - Workforce Management
UST is searching for a WFM Pro UKG Lead with strong hands‑on expertise in customization and configuration of WFM Pro solutions in the retail industry.
The Opportunity
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to understand workforce management requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Configure and enhance UKG Pro WFM modules, including:
Timekeeping
Scheduling
Accruals and Leave Management
Attendance
Labor Tracking
Workforce Analytics and Reporting
Design and maintain pay rules, work rules, pay codes, shifts, schedules, and labor structures.
Perform system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and process improvements to meet evolving business needs.
Support data migration, system integrations, and interface development with HR, Payroll, ERP, and third‑party applications.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production validation.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements.
10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and UKG Workforce Central.
Experience maintaining the WFM solution for the retail industry.
Strong exposure to and knowledge of features such as Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduler, and/or Forecaster.
Knowledge of the full life cycle of a project: gathering detailed requirements, designing, building, and delivering the solution, and providing support.
Excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring multi‑product solutions and integration of legacy systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
Role Location: Washington
Compensation Range: $72,000 - $108,000
Benefits
Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
Eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits.
Ability to purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits and participate in an HSA and FSA.
Benefits vary in Puerto Rico.
