About the role
As a Seasonal Medicare CARES Representative, this temporary remote position will contact members to complete Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and assist with benefit activation, requiring approximately 28 hours of work per week from October 1 to December 8, 2026.
Key responsibilities
Complete Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and guide members through benefit activation via phone
Document member interactions and assessment responses accurately in real time
Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality expectations while adhering to compliance guidelines
Required qualifications
Prior call center, customer service, healthcare, or insurance experience preferred
Clear and professional phone communication skills with strong active listening abilities
Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications during calls
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain composure with diverse member needs
Willingness to pass a background check as required
