About the role

Marketing and communicating the activity: Plan to announce both the start and the end of the activity and provide updates, as relevant. Create digital (PNG/JPEG formats only) and print flyer(s) for the weekly newsletter and posting in designated spots. Announcements (morning audio and for The Den) Regular meetings between either 7:00am - 8:00am or 3:00pm - 4:00pm (or later, if applicable). Be in location prior to start. Please give as much notice as possible when canceling and be sure this information is communicated to the parents, not just announced in the building. Maintain roster and attendance of students, submit or share at midpoint and end of activity. Our math team advisor is responsible for recruiting and coaching a team of students for math competitions. Minimum of 30 Hours ½ Stipend Paid in December, ½ Paid in June

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
