You'll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.What You'll DoAdministrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to staff, ensuring office activities are completed accurately and efficiently. This role involves managing multiple tasks daily with a focus on organization and detail.Communication & Scheduling: Manage incoming inquiries, coordinate communications, and maintain calendars and meeting schedules to support smooth office operations. Success means seamless coordination and timely communication.Document & Records Management: Prepare, organize, file, and maintain documents and records, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility. Daily tasks include document handling and record keeping with attention to detail.Office Coordination: Support general office operations and administrative activities to maintain an organized and professional workplace environment.
