Document Administrator Our client, a manufacturing organization dedicated to precision and quality, is seeking a Document Administrator to join their team. As a Document Administrator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting production and engineering departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Document Administrator
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Range: $24- $30/hr.
Shift: 7AM-4PMWhat's the Job? Print engineering drawings and schematics from Teamcenter Print Bills of Materials (BOMs) from SAPGenerate labels through Brady printers with data pulled from engineering drawings for wiring jobs Create customer order-specific packets with relevant documents Issue packets to the shop floor and update production schedules What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking) What's in it for me?
