About the role
- Creative DesignDesign print marketing materials that align with campaign goals and brand standards
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual communications
- Develop layouts and creative concepts for a variety of customer-facing print assets
- Partner with campaign managers and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Contribute creative solutions while maintaining brand consistency
- Production Design & Execution
- Execute revisions and updates within existing templates and marketing materials
- Incorporate copy changes, artwork updates, partner-specific requests, and other production edits
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure accuracy across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail across a high volume of requests
- Ensure all work adheres to brand, legal, and quality standards
- Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate proactively regarding project status, questions, and potential challenges
- Partner directly with marketing stakeholders and campaign managers
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Support a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality work
- Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in a deadline-driven setting
- Adobe InDesignAdobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of file organization, layers, production workflows, and print-ready artwork
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
