Project Manager Or Assistant Project Manager We're partnered with a well-established custom builder in central Houston seeking an experienced Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager (they're open to either) to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a proven track record managing high-end custom residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage custom residential builds from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with Superintendents and project teams to ensure smooth delivery Oversee project schedules, budgets and quality standards Communicate with clients, architects and subcontractors throughout the build process Manage procurement, submittals and RFIsEnsure projects are completed on time and within budget Support business development and client relationship management
Requirements:
Essential:3+ years of experience in residential construction or custom homebuilding Background managing custom builds (typical projects around $2M and 5,000 sq ft)Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with high-end clients and delivering quality craftsmanship
