What it's like to be our experienced collision estimator - repair planner: This is a full-time position, with shifts varying within normal business hours. In this role, you'll create complete and accurate estimates and repair plans in CCC ONE while guiding vehicles from initial contact through final delivery. You'll research OEM repair procedures, identifying scanning and calibration requirements, handling supplements and insurance documentation, and maintaining proactive communication with customers and insurance partners. You'll also collaborate closely with technicians, parts and paint teams, vendors, and management to monitor repair progress, address potential delays, follow up on opportunities, and ensure every repair meets expectations for customer satisfaction, cycle time, profitability, and compliance.
