About the role
Lease Administrator — Met Cap Management, LLC📍 Charlotte, NCMet Cap Commercial is a full-service commercial real estate firm managing retail shopping centers across the Carolinas. We're hiring a Lease Administrator to support our growing portfolio.
What you'll do:
Prepare lease abstracts and maintain lease data for a large, growing retail portfolio Draft tenant correspondence, default notices, and renewal/amendment documents Manage CAM/TICAM reconciliations and respond to tenant billing disputes Maintain lease records and critical dates in Yardi Voyager Support property managers with lease interpretation and compliance tracking
What we're looking for:
2+ years of lease administration experience, ideally in retail/commercial real estate Strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple lease documents at once Experience with Yardi Voyager Clear, professional written communication for tenant-facing correspondence Ability to manage a high volume of active leases across a fast-growing portfolio Why Met Cap: We're a full-service commercial real estate firm with deep roots in the Carolinas, offering landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, property management, and project management.
