About the role

Overview As Vice President, Marketing Lead on the Channel Strategy and Optimization team, you will drive data‑driven strategy and performance optimization for Owned Media across Chase’s consumer channels. You’ll diagnose LOB performance, identify high‑impact opportunities, and translate insights into executive‑ready recommendations. You’ll lead an optimization framework for ads, email, and orchestration, while advancing AI/automation to boost efficiency and outcomes at scale. This is a strategic, cross‑functional role with high visibility and impact on customer experiences and ROI. Compensation / Benefitshealth care coverageon-site health and wellness centersretirement savings planbackup childcaretuition reimbursementmental health support Responsibilities Build a repeatable view of LOB performance and drivers; translate signals into actionable insights Evaluate awareness, consideration, and conversion performance; identify drop‑offs and levers across Owned Media Develop and own the optimization framework across Owned channels (ads, email, orchestration) for assigned LOBsMonitor results weekly/monthly; perform root‑cause analyses and drive recovery/acceleration plans Create governance routines and scalable playbooks for consistent strategies Lead control requirements and ensure sound controls Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align priorities and ensure end‑to‑end delivery Produce executive‑ready narratives and decision rationales; influence senior stakeholders (LOB partners)Manage default strategy to improve customer experience while delivering business impact Lead channel capabilities framework and influence product roadmaps to unlock performance and reduce friction Key requirements Master’s degree in Marketing or relevant field 8+ years of digital marketing analytics, performance measurement, and optimization across web/app owned channels Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive data‑driven decisions Proven executive communication skills and ability to present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders Strong stakeholder management, governance, and business judgment Program/project leadership with ability to run multiple workstreams Hands‑on proficiency with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau)Independent, results‑driven work style in a fast‑paced environment Experience leading governance, navigation UX evaluation at intake, and playbook development Experience with Persado and content optimization workflowsexecutive communicationstakeholder managementproblem solving Adobe Analytics TableauAI/automation in marketing
