Work Schedule:
Full time, Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm (40 hours)
A Day in the Life of a Print Shop Lead Associate:
Performs and independently completes advance finishing and production tasks for current printing jobs
Sets up and operates Print Shop equipment independently within established procedures and safety standards
Coordinates assigned print jobs, awards and apparel orders from production through completion, helping to ensure work is completed accurately
Assists with scheduling, workflow coordination and prioritization of Print Shop jobs in collaboration with the Manager
Assists with customer service, including answering phones, communicating with customers about their order, assisting with invoicing and payment collection
Assist the Print Shop Manager with cost estimates, and material requirements by gathering information
Provides lead coverage for the Print Shop in the Manager's absence
Creates or assists with basic digital and graphic design projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with two years' experience in a production, printing or related environment.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Must possess a current, valid New York State driver's license that meets the Agency driver standards.
