About the role

CLA is seeking a Manager/Director – Transaction Tax to join our Transaction Tax practice. You will manage client relationships, deliver a full range of tax due diligence, structuring, modeling and other engagements related to acquisitions and dispositions by private equity groups, family offices and strategic buyers. You will work with SALT, International Tax and Federal Tax Solutions teams as needed, supervise engagement progress, and communicate key developments to engagement leadership, while #J-18808-Ljbffr
