This is an opportunity for a General Orthopedic Surgeon (Sports interest welcomed but not required) to step into an established, high-demand practice with strong referral support and modern surgical infrastructure. Practice Highlights:• Monday Friday schedule with flexibility• 1:6 call rotation• 30 patients per clinic day• Strong surgical block time• Collaborative orthopedic service line• Tech-forward, paperless system Clinical Scope:• General orthopedic procedures• Joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder)• Fracture management• Arthroscopic procedures• Sports injury treatment and rehabilitation planning• Coordination with PTs, athletic trainers, and PCPs• Surgical and non-surgical case management Technology:• EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation• Robotics and advanced surgical platforms available• Fully integrated digital workflow
