EDENS is seeking a senior in-house attorney to serve as the primary legal partner for regional retail portfolios, leveraging deep expertise in complex leases, ground leases, and multi-party agreements.
You will lead a regional legal team, advise on deal economics, risk, and operational matters, and collaborate with senior business leaders across Investment Management, Development, Leasing, and Finance to drive high-stakes transactions in Florida and beyond.
