About the role
A leading venture capital firm in Menlo Park, CA, is seeking a mid-senior level Talent Partner. In this full-time role, you will partner with founders and leadership teams to understand their hiring needs and drive full-cycle recruiting for key roles. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly within high-growth environments, and possess a strong track record of sourcing exceptional talent across various functions. A Bachelor's degree is required, and prior VC talent experience is a plus.
