What You’ll Do: Lead with heart - bring in great teachers, train them, and fuel their professional growth. Use assessment data to drive student outcomes and continuous improvement. Partner with staff to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging campus culture.

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree (required) - preferably in education or a related field - advanced degrees are a plus!3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred. Skilled in coaching, developing, and inspiring teachers. Passion around personalized learning and student growth.
