About the role
As a Remote Proofreader at Koko Wear, I review and refine written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and a professional brand voice across product descriptions, website content, marketing materials, social media, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Proofread product descriptions, website copy, marketing materials, and promotional content. Identify and correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and typographical errors. Ensure consistency in brand voice, terminology, formatting, and style. Review fashion and product-related content for clarity and readability. Collaborate remotely with writers, marketing teams, and other departments to improve content quality. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all published materials. Manage multiple proofreading assignments independently while meeting deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written English and strong grammar skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong proofreading and editing abilities. Ability to maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and digital editing tools. Strong remote communication, organization, and time-management skills.
