About the role
Position Summary:
Provide daily office services support, including reprographics, copying, mail, intake, hospitality, reception, audio/visual, and other client services as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain logs and ensure job tickets are completed properly.
Perform reprographics, mail, and intake services according to established procedures.
Prioritize workflow and meet contracted deadlines.
Communicate job or deadline issues to supervisors or clients.
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Perform quality assurance on work.
Load machines with paper, toner, and other supplies.
Answer phones/emails and place service calls as needed.
Interact with clients in person, by phone, and electronically.
Follow Williams Lea and client-site policies.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.1+ year of office services experience, preferably in legal, banking, or corporate environments.
Experience with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and related equipment.
Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Professional phone and email etiquette.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
