We are looking for a local candidate as this will be on onsite position at our Kenosha, WI facility Why This Opportunity Stands Out This isn't a role where you'll be confined to a desk or limited to one aspect of engineering. You'll have the unique opportunity to:✅ Influence the development of new products from concept to launch✅ Design and implement electrical control systems that drive innovation✅ Work directly with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation technologies✅ Partner with Engineering, Operations, Production, Sales, and Technical Support teams✅ Solve real-world challenges that improve product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction✅ Own projects from design through implementation What You'll Be Doing🔹 Design and develop electrical control systems and custom automation solutions🔹 Create schematics, panel layouts, BOMs, and wiring documentation🔹 Program and support PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems🔹 Lead and support new product development initiatives🔹 Troubleshoot equipment and controls issues both remotely and onsite🔹 Improve manufacturing processes, testing systems, and operational efficiency🔹 Collaborate across departments to bring innovative products to market🔹 Drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, and performance What We're Looking For✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology✔ 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment✔ Experience with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial automation systems✔ Electrical panel and controls design experience✔ AutoCAD Electrical and schematic development experience✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on engineering mindset✔ Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering results Ideal Backgrounds We're especially interested in engineers from: Industrial Automation Material HandlingOEM Equipment Manufacturing Packaging Equipment Conveyor Systems Process Automation Controls Integration Machinery Design The Right Person For This Role -You are naturally curious, enjoy taking things apart to understand how they work, and get energized solving complex technical challenges.
