Role Description The Legal Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This position supports attorneys across multiple practice areas by preparing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and case files. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting correspondence and basic legal documents, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and hearings, and coordinating with courts, agencies, and clients. The Legal Assistant will handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, and maintaining contact lists and matter records. The role also involves assisting with research, tracking deadlines, and providing responsive, professional communication to help deliver high-quality client service.

2+ years experience working in Probate in Maricopa County
