GBX Group is seeking a Real Estate Counsel, Transactions & Legal Operations to support real estate transactions and manage outside counsel and legal workflows. This role works with internal teams across Acquisitions, Development, Asset Management, Accounting, and Operations. The ideal candidate has a JD, bar admission in the US (Ohio), and 7+ years of transactional experience, with exposure to tax credits or incentive-based real estate considered a plus.
