Provide market and customer insights to support broader commercial strategy and product development. Strong relationships and experience across grocery, mass retail, natural specialty, or distributor channels. Proven ability to independently manage customer relationships and drive new business. Strong negotiation, presentation, forecasting, and account-planning capabilities. Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and effective in an evolving, fast-paced organization. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel nationally for customer meetings, industry events, and business priorities. Why This Opportunity? Join an established CPG business with meaningful opportunities for continued growth. Take ownership of key commercial relationships and new business development. Work closely with entrepreneurial leadership and influence broader sales strategy. Enjoy a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact. Help shape the future of a growing commercial organization.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience; details discussed during the interview process.
Location: Remote, with approximately 30–40% travel and flexibility for heavier travel periods.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
