About the role
Ro is seeking a Principal Product Designer to raise Ro's patient experience through exceptional visual and interaction craft. You will lead design systems evolution, shape AI-assisted product development, and mentor senior designers across the organization.
You will partner with Design, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing to set a high bar for design quality and drive adoption of scalable design patterns that enhance patient experiences at scale.
