About the role

Venice Community Housing (VCH) seeks an Assistant Property & Asset Manager to support property managers with annual recertifications, compliance reporting, and vendor coordination across our 340+ unit portfolio. This role emphasizes trauma-informed tenant interactions and meticulous administrative support. You will assist with intake interviews, documentation, RealPage tasks, and capital-repair coordination while coordinating with the Director and Property Management team.
