This individual will play a key role in document control, subcontractor coordination, procurement tracking, budgeting support, and project administration.Key Responsibilities Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Assist with project scheduling and budget tracking Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Support procurement and material tracking efforts Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings Review drawings and specifications for project compliance Assist with change orders and project reporting Help ensure successful project delivery through closeoutDesired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 1-4 years of commercial construction experience preferred Internship experience with a general contractor will be considered Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction technology platforms Desire to grow into a Project Manager roleInterested in hearing more?
