About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Director who combines exceptional visual taste, strategic thinking, and hands-on creative leadership. You’ll shape bold creative ideas, lead brand and campaign work, and elevate the quality of design across every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do:
Set the creative vision and visual direction for major brand and campaign initiatives.
Develop distinctive, contemporary brand identities, campaign concepts, and visual systems.
Lead creative from initial brief through final execution across digital, social, video, motion, print, and experiential.
Create storyboards and visual narratives that bring concepts to life.
Translate complex technology, products, and business ideas into compelling visual stories.
Stay current with emerging design trends, technology, AI-assisted creative tools, and cultural shifts.
Work hands-on in concepting, art direction, design, and creative refinement.
Present and sell creative concepts to senior clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with strategy, account, and multidisciplinary creative teams.
Mentor and inspire Art Directors, Designers, ACDs, and creative partners while raising the bar for craft and conceptual thinking.
What You Bring 12+ years of agency experience in branding, design, advertising, or integrated creative.3+ years in a senior creative leadership role.
A standout portfolio showcasing sleek, sophisticated, contemporary branding and visual design.
Experience with technology, digital products, innovation, consumer, or modern B2B brands.
Exceptional art direction, visual design, and storyboarding/visual storytelling skills.
Proven ability to build visual identities and scalable, multi-channel creative systems.
Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
A hands-on approach—you’re comfortable both setting the vision and getting into the work.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate multidisciplinary creative teams.
