About the role

What If Your Next Job Was More Than Working With Horses? Southeastern Life Center is looking for the right person to help us build something special. We are searching for an Equine Program Manager—someone who knows horses, understands that their well-being comes first, and sees the potential of bringing horses and people together in meaningful ways. This isn't just a barn job. You'll help care for and manage our horses, shape a growing equine-assisted services program, work alongside behavioral health professionals, and help Southeastern Life Center move toward PATH Intl. accreditation. We aren't necessarily looking for the person with the most letters behind their name. We're looking for the right horse person. Someone with experience. Good judgment. Horse sense. A heart for people. And the desire to help build something from the ground up. No college degree required. PATH experience or ESMHL certification is a plus—but if you're the right person, we're willing to invest in your development.
Salary Range: Starts at $50k Think this might be you? Reach out. Apply. We'd like to tell you more.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
