About the role
- Define technical standards, design patterns, and review practices across the development and architecture team
- Serve as lead architect on revenue lifecycle transformations, including integrations with ERP, CRM, and billing systems
- Review designs and code, and step in as the escalation point when something technical goes sideways
- Keep an eye on delivery quality across projects, flag technical risk early, and help set client expectations
- Lead technical solutioning on new pursuits, including joint pursuits with the platform vendor's field teams, plus scoping and estimates
- Build reusable IP and drive internal initiatives that make the next project faster
- Coach developers and architects, map out career paths toward architect certifications, and run enablement sessions
- Help hire the people who will raise the bar further
- Technical Depth 8+ years on the Salesforce platform, including time spent architecting solutions (not just building them)
- Hands-on Revenue Cloud or revenue lifecycle management implementation experience
- Integration experience across clouds using REST, SOAP, and event-driven patterns
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScriptGit and GitHub, plus Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and general SDLC practice
- You'd be joining a practice where technical leadership actually shapes how the business delivers, and where the work stays focused on a deep, specialized area of the platform. It's fully remote, with real support for mentorship, certifications, and ongoing training. xevrcyc
- For an architect who wants to lead people without giving up the technical work, the split here is about as good as it gets.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
