We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can bring order to busy calendars, keep complex interview schedules moving, and make candidates feel supported from their first invitation to their final conversation.
You’ll partner with a busy recruiting team to coordinate interviews across teams, locations, and time zones. Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, balancing candidate availability, interviewer calendars, and multiple time zones.
Share clear instructions, provide timely updates, and help candidates feel prepared and informed.
Coordinate interview logistics, office visits, candidate travel, and in-person support as needed.
Maintain interview schedules, candidate records, and recruiting activity so the team has information it can trust.
Be a dependable recruiting partner. Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams at all levels of the business.
Support recruiting administration, candidate expense reimbursements, and offer or onboarding coordination as needed.
3+ years of Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator experience, with recent, substantial responsibility for interview scheduling.
~ Recent, sustained hands-on Greenhouse ATS experience. Comfort with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and similar scheduling and collaboration tools.
~ Discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
Experience supporting global recruiting teams and scheduling interviews across international time zones.
Primarily remote, with occasional office visits to Bellevue approximately twice a month
Contract Role – 6 -month contract with possibility for extension up to 2 years
Hourly Rate - $30-$39 an hour
