Multi-Unit Executive General Manager / Senior Director – Chick-fil-A | West TexasA premier Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator in the West Texas region is seeking experienced executive leadership to join a growing, excellence-driven organization across two high-volume locations. We are open to seasoned General Managers, Multi-Unit Managers, and senior restaurant leaders ready to step into an expanded role. If you've built your career leading high-volume restaurants and are ready to grow, we want to hear from you. This is a rare external opportunity with one of the brand's top-performing operators. You won't just be joining a restaurant — you'll be joining an executive leadership team being built intentionally, with a potential third location on the horizon in the next 2-3 years.
Key Requirements: Proven track record in high-volume restaurant operations, team leadership, and driving results — QSR or fast casual experience strongly preferred Multi-unit or senior director level experience preferred Current or prior Chick-fil-A experience is a significant plus but not required — candidates from other high-performing QSR or fast casual brands are encouraged to apply Willingness to relocate to the West Texas region Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Compensation: Base salary $90,000 to $150,000 (negotiable based on experience) with the opportunity to earn in excess of $200,000 with the right experience and ability to deliver results at a multi-unit level Significant incentive compensation tied to business growth and performance metrics Comprehensive benefits package This role offers long-term growth potential with one of the most respected brands in the industry.
