About the role
- Build new content
- Design and produce new Academy modules for each platform (B2, Blue, SPD, SPD Blue, NDT).Write scripts, storyboards, quizzes and assessments; shoot and edit video, screen recordings and walkthroughs with our engineering and production teams.
- Turn technical material from engineers into clear, practical lessons for non-aviator operators.
- Maintain and improve the program
- Edit and update existing modules whenever hardware, firmware, software or procedures change, and retire outdated content.
- Use completion rates, quiz results and trainer feedback to find where learners struggle, then fix those lessons.
- Keep Academy content aligned with hands-on training in Jacksonville and on-site trainer visits.
- Coordinate with partner-delivered content, such as our "how to clean" course, so learners get one consistent experience.
- Run the LMSAdminister the LMS: enroll buyers and operators, set up courses and learning paths, manage roles, permissions and certificates.
- Track each learner's progress and confirm Academy completion, since no drone ships until the pilot completes the Academy and hands-on training.
- Answer learner questions and nudge buyers who stall so they can schedule hands-on training sooner.
- Report regularly on enrollments, completion times and pass rates.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
