Project Manager – Commercial Real Estate Consultancy

Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

Role Profile:
We are seeking 4x Project Managers to lead project execution from inception to completion across major NYC assets. You will act as the key client liaison, overseeing architects, general contractors, engineers, and sub-consultants while managing project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive full lifecycle delivery for commercial interior fit-outs, landlord capital projects, and building repositioning.
Manage master project schedules, budget tracking, change orders, and monthly executive reporting.
Direct project team meetings, lead site inspections, and present strategic solutions to client stakeholders.
Build strong long-term relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and project partners.
Requirements
Experience:
4–8+ years of PM experience in the commercial real estate or construction sector.
Background:
Prior experience in a Construction Management (CM) consultancy or Owner’s Representation firm is highly preferred. Candidates from Engineering, General Contracting, or Architectural backgrounds seeking to step into consultancy project management are also encouraged to apply.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Skills:
Strong presentation skills, commercial acumen, and confidence in managing project scenarios and client briefings.
Compensation & Benefits:- $140,000 – $170,000 Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
